13. Understanding product status (Live, Draft, Pending, Sold)

Each product on your Seller Dashboard has a status, helping you manage your listings:

• Live/Published – Your product is visible and available for buyers on SportShed.
• Draft – Hidden from buyers. Use this when you’re not ready to sell or want to pause the listing.
• Pending – Awaiting admin approval or more info (if required by marketplace rules).
• Sold – The item has been purchased and is no longer available.


Tip: Use the “Filter” on your Products page to quickly sort by status and manage your inventory.
