- Any issues with the delivery or your item will be notified to you via your dashboard and email.
- Full on-platform communication is provided to resolve any issues.
- The full refund process is also managed from your dashboard for ease.
- If a buyer requests a return, go to Orders > Returns to review their reason.
- Approve the return if valid
- Message the buyer for any clarifications.
- Once you receive the returned item in its original state, approve the refund for prompt processing.
