  • Any issues with the delivery or your item will be notified to you via your dashboard and email.
  • Full on-platform communication is provided to resolve any issues.
  • The full refund process is also managed from your dashboard for ease.
    • If a buyer requests a return, go to Orders > Returns to review their reason.
    • Approve the return if valid
      • Message the buyer for any clarifications.
      • Once you receive the returned item in its original state, approve the refund for prompt processing.
