- Once shipping, log in to your vendor dashboard and go to Orders > Order Details > Add Tracking.
- Enter the tracking number and carrier details for the order.
- This enables automatic tracking updates for the buyer and improves trust.
- Buyer follows updates online.
- Message them with any major updates.
