7. Receiving Your Order
Once your item has been dispatched, you can track its journey in your account:
- Go to My Account > Orders and find your recent purchase.
- Click View Order for live shipment status and tracking links, updated by your seller.
- When your parcel arrives, check the condition right away. If you’re happy, click Mark as Received in your order details—this lets the seller know everything’s gone smoothly and triggers their payout.
- If there’s an issue (such as damage or missing items), select Report a Problem before marking as received and follow the prompts to contact your seller.
