How to Create a Winning Listing

Here’s how:

• Click Add Listing in your dashboard.
• Fill in each required field—be specific! Add a clear, catchy title and a description that answers the “who, what, where, and why.”
• Upload bright, well-lit photos (show the kit from several angles or highlight your club venue).
• Choose the correct category—buyers and club-seekers almost always filter searches.
• Add tags and location to boost your reach.
• Click Publish and review your live listing. If you spot a typo or want to tweak details, you can always edit later.

Pro tip: Listings with great photos and honest, detailed info get more responses!

My Listings

View, edit, renew, or remove your current listings. See everything you’ve contributed to SportShed in one place and keep them up-to-date.

How to Manage and Refresh Your Listings

• See all your active, pending, and past listings under My Listings.
• Click a listing to edit details (photos, price, description) anytime.
• Click Renew if a listing has expired or needs a boost.
• Archive listings you don’t want to display—but don’t want to delete.
• Delete listings you no longer need.
• Watch out for status badges (pending, published, featured) to keep track at a glance.

Statistics

Analyse your performance: see views, bookings, sales, enquiries and more. Track what’s working and improve your reach.

Ad Campaign

Promote your club, service, or kit with paid advertising for extra visibility on SportShed. Reach more buyers, members, or clients quickly.

Coupons

Create and manage discount codes to encourage bookings, purchases, or club sign-ups. Give back to the community and boost your engagement.

Reviews

Read feedback from other users about your club, services, kit, or transactions. Reply, resolve concerns, and build your reputation.
