10. What happens if a seller cancels my order?
If a seller must cancel your order (for example, if an item is lost or unavailable), you’ll receive an immediate notification and a full refund to your original payment method. The transaction will appear as “cancelled” in your dashboard and your refund is typically processed within 3–5 business days.
